How long will my order take?

Each product is handmade to order. Our standard processing time for our product is 7 to 10 days, and in some cases, we can ship them out even faster. Yippee!!! We're always excited to deliver your order sooner than expected! However, during the holiday season, from November through December, we do experience high order volumes, and our turnaround time may extend up to 2 weeks. To avoid delays, we encourage you to place your orders well in advance for holidays. Please check our homepage for the cut-off dates for guaranteed delivery during major holidays.

Why is your processing time so long?

Each product is handmade to order. Our amazing team personally prints each item, and each one is thoroughly inspected for perfection. With dedicated team members working long hours, we strive to get your order shipped out as quickly as possible. Our goal is to create a brand of exceptional products that are made to last for a long time. Although there are companies that can quickly mass-produce products, we haven't come across any that can match the level of quality and service we offer.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping ultimately depends on the carrier. Delivery is usually within 7-10 business days during the year once your order has been processed.

How do I care for/wash my product?

For best results, turn the garment inside out and machine wash cold—do not use bleach or fabric softener. Lay flat to dry and avoid ironing directly on the design or dry cleaning. Following these care instructions will help your shirt stay looking great for a long time; skipping them may shorten the life of the print and garment.
